ANHAD Developers Appoints Akash Lakhina as Sales Head

ANHAD Developers has appointed Akash Lakhina as Head of Sales, Marketing and CRM as the company strengthens its leadership team ahead of its entry into Gurugram’s premium residential market.

The appointment follows Adil Altaf taking charge as CEO of the group’s real estate vertical. Lakhina will be responsible for driving the company’s sales, marketing and customer relationship initiatives for its upcoming luxury developments.

With nearly three decades of professional experience, Lakhina brings expertise across multiple industries, including over a decade in luxury real estate. His experience spans premium residential projects focused on delivering elevated customer experiences.

Beginning his career in hospitality after studying at Pacific International Hotel Management School, New Zealand, Lakhina brings a customer-centric approach shaped by service excellence and relationship building.

Welcoming him to the leadership team, Adil Altaf, CEO, ANHAD Developers, said that Lakhina’s understanding of the luxury residential segment and customer-first approach will help strengthen the company’s presence in Gurugram’s premium real estate market.

ANHAD Developers is currently developing three projects from its Gurugram office at Worldmark, including a luxury residential development, a plotted township and a high-street commercial project.
