Annapurna Hostels has increased its focus on high-quality construction and infrastructure development across its student housing projects as demand for organised accommodation continues to rise.

The company said it is adopting modern construction techniques and quality building materials to create safe, durable and well-designed hostel infrastructure. Its approach includes improved ventilation, efficient space utilisation and maintaining clean and secure living environments for students.

Commenting on the initiative, Kunwar Gaurav Giri said the company aims to develop strong and safe structures that support students with comfortable living conditions and a better academic environment.

Annapurna Hostels added that it remains focused on maintaining safety standards and organised living facilities as it expands into major student cities, with the broader aim of improving the quality of student accommodation infrastructure in India.

Shyam Metalics Q4 Revenue Rises 27%

Shyam Metalics and Energy reported consolidated revenue of Rs 52.40 billion in Q4 FY26, registering 27 per cent year-on-year growth from Rs 41.39 billion in Q4 FY25.
