Ashiana Housing reports Rs 75.5 million net loss in Q2 FY25

Ashiana Housing posted a net consolidated loss of Rs 75.5 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, marking a shift from the Rs 273.5 million profit recorded in the same period last year, according to a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income dropped to Rs 595.3 million in Q2 FY25, compared to Rs 3.51 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

As of September 30, 2024, Ashiana Housing's financial metrics included a net worth of Rs 7.56 billion, a debt-equity ratio of 0.35, a current liability ratio of 0.85, a total debt-to-total-assets ratio of 0.09, an operating margin of 14.36%, and a net profit margin of -12.67%.
