Aspect Realty to Deliver 600 SRA Flats in Worli by January

Aspect Realty is preparing to hand over 600 residential units under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme in Worli, Mumbai, by January 2026. The project, which forms part of the larger redevelopment initiative in the area, is in its final construction phase.

According to the company, all civil work and interior fittings are nearing completion, with the finishing stage underway. The handover will provide permanent housing to residents from nearby slum clusters as part of the state’s rehabilitation drive.

The development includes modern amenities and infrastructure upgrades in line with Mumbai’s ongoing urban renewal efforts. Aspect Realty stated that it is coordinating with local authorities to expedite clearances and ensure timely possession.

Once handed over, the Worli project will mark one of the company’s key contributions to affordable and inclusive housing under Maharashtra’s SRA framework.
