BHIVE Opens 40,000 sq. ft. Coworking Hub in Indiranagar

BHIVE Workspace has expanded its presence in Bengaluru’s Central Business District with the launch of BHIVE Platinum Old Airport Road, Indiranagar. Spread across 40,000 sq. ft. leased from Century Real Estate, the centre offers 1,052 seats, beverage zones and sports facilities.

Founder and CEO Shesh Rao Paplikar said the company transformed an older building into a premium hub at a prime location, addressing strong demand. BHIVE has added 1.5 million sq. ft. to its portfolio in two years and targets 3 million sq. ft. by FY26.

The company posted revenues of over Rs 250 crore in FY25 and expects 20% growth this fiscal as part of its pre-IPO roadmap.

Kochi Metro recorded a marginal rise in ridership in the financial year 2025-26, carrying 1.375 mn more passengers than in the previous year.
