Brigade Enterprises acquires land parcel in Hyderabad

Brigade Enterprises, a prominent real estate firm, has successfully acquired a 9.71-acre land parcel in Hyderabad for a sum of Rs 660 crore, as part of its strategic expansion plans. This acquisition was secured through a competitive e-auction organized by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) in August.

The prime land parcel is located in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, and was secured at a rate of Rs 68 crore per acre. In an official regulatory filing on Monday, the Bengaluru-based company, Brigade Enterprises, announced that it has "executed the sale deed and registered the land in its name." However, the company has not yet disclosed specific details regarding the development project intended for this newly acquired land.
