The leasing covers premium Grade A office space and follows strong market demand for well planned workspaces along the Outer Ring Road corridor. The development has emerged as a sought after office campus offering modern facilities and campus amenities. The chief operating officer for office spaces, Nandakumar O P, said the steady demand and rapid occupancy reflect growing requirements for accessible locations, responsible design and a supportive business environment. He added that the recent agreements reaffirm the company focus on creating workplaces that enable businesses to grow and operate efficiently. The company will continue to deliver quality infrastructure to match evolving commercial needs. Labcorp described the new space as enhancing its ability to support global research programmes while providing a modern and well connected campus for employees. Both firms have taken space as part of their strategies for growth in India.
