Brigade Enterprises Limited (Brigade Group) has signed leases for approximately 156,000 square feet of commercial space at Brigade Twin Towers in Yeswanthpur with two global firms, MANN+HUMMEL Filter Private Limited and Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (Labcorp). The leasing covers premium Grade A office space and follows strong market demand for well planned workspaces along the Outer Ring Road corridor. The development has emerged as a sought after office campus offering modern facilities and campus amenities.

The chief operating officer for office spaces, Nandakumar O P, said the steady demand and rapid occupancy reflect growing requirements for accessible locations, responsible design and a supportive business environment. He added that the recent agreements reaffirm the company focus on creating workplaces that enable businesses to grow and operate efficiently.
