Brigade Group to create land plots in Bengaluru and Chennai

Brigade Group has finalised agreements for valuable land parcels in Bengaluru and Chennai, with a combined income potential of Rs 40 billion over the next four to five years.

The deal to buy the Mount Road property in Chennai from the TVS Group firm has the potential to create a mixed-use complex with a million sq ft of commercial, retail, and residential space.

Over 2 million sq ft of residential units have the potential to be built on the Bengaluru joint development land, which is adjacent to Sarjapur Road and several foreign schools.
