Brigade Launches Rs 95 Billion Lakefront Project in Bengaluru

Brigade Group has launched its latest residential project, Brigade Lakecrest, a premium development situated beside the scenic Bhattarahalli Lake on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru. The project will be executed under a joint development model with a total development area of approximately 933,000 square feet and a projected revenue potential of over Rs 95 billion. It received RERA approval on 24 June 2025 and is scheduled for completion in March 2030.
