Brigade To Host Property Expo With Projects Up To Rs 210 Million

Brigade Group has announced the 18th edition of its flagship property exhibition, Brigade Showcase, scheduled to take place from 8 to 10 August 2025 at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Brigade Gateway Campus, Bengaluru.
This year's event provides an exclusive opportunity for homebuyers to explore over 15 premium Brigade projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Property prices range from Rs 6.5 million to Rs 2.1 billion, appealing to a wide spectrum of buyers.
In a special offering for the event, Brigade is waiving a range of ancillary charges on select projects. These include clubhouse membership, maintenance fees, gas connection, property assessment, generator installation, and infrastructure charges.
The expo will also feature five new project launches across Bengaluru and Chennai, underscoring Brigade's ongoing focus on innovation and customer-centric development.
