Casagrand Expands to UAE With Rs 6 Billion Project Plan

Chennai-based real estate firm Casagrand has announced its entry into the UAE market, marking its first international foray. This expansion aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to tap into high-growth global real estate destinations.
In a press release, Casagrand stated that it plans to develop over 6 million square feet of premium residential and mixed-use projects in the UAE over the next three years, with an estimated investment of around Rs 6 billion.
Commenting on the move, Arun Mn, Founder and Managing Director of Casagrand, said, “Our entry into the UAE is a proud and exciting milestone. The UAE’s visionary leadership, investor-friendly regulations, and cosmopolitan lifestyle offer the ideal foundation for Casagrand’s global growth journey.”
