Casagrand Launches 35-Acre Hyderabad Project

Casagrand has launched Casagrand Vybe, its largest residential project in Hyderabad, spread across 35 acres in Rajendra Nagar. The launch marks the company’s fifth residential rollout in 2026 and strengthens its expansion momentum in the city.
As part of its Hyderabad growth strategy, Casagrand is adding 3.98 million sq ft of residential space to its portfolio. Since entering the Hyderabad residential market in 2023, the company has scaled its presence with projects across key micro-markets. In 2025, it launched four projects — Casagrand Evon, Casagrand Windsor Court, Casagrand Belair and Casagrand GS Infinity — aggregating 2.74 million sq ft.
The company has also developed projects such as Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur, Casagrand Crestwood, Casagrand Monaco Villa in Medchal and Casagrand Hennessey in Kompally, strengthening its position in Hyderabad’s competitive housing market.
Casagrand Vybe is positioned as an ultra-low-density villa development comprising 362 expansive 5 BHK villas, translating to around 10 villas per acre. The project includes over 25 acres of open green spaces and 71 per cent open areas. Prices start from Rs 320 million.
Each residence is designed with an approximately 650 sq ft private garden and 21-ft-wide bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. The project offers 93 amenities, a 40,000 sq ft clubhouse, a 3,600 sq ft rooftop swimming pool and Casagrand International School within the community.
Located near the PVNR Expressway, the development offers connectivity to the airport and major city hubs. It is registered under Telangana RERA No: P02400010759.
