Century Real Estate focuses on sales of Rs 21.00 billion

Based in Bengaluru Century Real Estate intends to target sales of Rs 21.00 billion in the fiscal year 2024?2025 and intends to introduce several of its land parcels into the market as major new projects. The managing director of Century Real Estate, Ravindra Pai, stated that several of their major projects in the residential and commercial sectors are almost finished. They intend to use our Bengaluru land pieces for development.

This year, the market would get around Rs 72.00 billion worth of merchandise from these projects. Bookings for home sales have increased by 121% over the previous fiscal year. With this increase, the company's revenues in the Bengaluru market alone reached Rs 1,022 crore.
