Combatore corp. to roll out OR code-based feedback system

Residents will soon have a hassle-free experience sending feedback and filing complaints with the municipal corporation thanks to the corporation's implementation of an OR code-based system.

All residential homes and business buildings in the city will soon have OR codes posted on their exteriors by the organization. On a variety of topics, including tax payment, water delivery, and underground drainage systems, people can scan the code and submit input.

According to corporation commissioner M Prathap, the feedback method will aid the municipal organization in enhancing its offerings. When creating policy and carrying out projects, the input will be analyzed and taken into account.
