DLF Reports Rs 43,570 Mn Net Profit and Rs 2,12,230 Mn Sales

DLF Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending 31 March 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 12,680 million for Q4, a year-on-year growth of 37 per cent. For the full fiscal year, net profit rose 59 per cent to Rs 43,570 million.

Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 33,480 million for Q4 with gross margins of 47 per cent and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of Rs 11,980 million. For FY25, revenue was Rs 89,960 million, gross margins were 48 per cent, and EBITDA totalled Rs 31,110 million.

DLF’s development business achieved record new sales bookings of Rs 212,230 million during FY25, up 44 per cent year on year. Its super-luxury project, The Dahlias, generated Rs 137,440 million in new bookings, while the next phase of DLF Privana West sold out completely with bookings of around Rs 56,000 million.

The company generated a net cash surplus of Rs 53,020 million during FY25, improving its net cash position to Rs 68,480 million by year-end. DLF Cyber City Developers Limited, the annuity business, posted revenue of Rs 64,480 million and EBITDA of Rs 49,490 million, with profits up 46 per cent.

Occupancy across the rental portfolio remained healthy at 94 per cent. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per share, a 20 per cent increase over the prior year.

DLF is well positioned to capitalise on sustained housing demand, backed by a diversified pipeline and strong balance sheet.
