Elan Group: Rs 5 Bn construction contract to Leighton Asia

Elan Group has awarded a construction contract worth over Rs 5 billion to Leighton Asia, the construction company of Australia's CIMIC Group, for its commercial mall, Elan Imperial, located in Sector 82, Gurugram.

The mall will cover approximately nine acres with a total built-up area of about 2.5 million sq ft. Construction is expected to commence in November 2024, with the design provided by the architectural firm BENOY.

In 2023, Leighton was also awarded a Rs 10 billion contract to construct the company's residential development, Elan The Presidential, in Sector 106, Gurugram.
