Finelistings expands into luxury real estate in multi-vertical rollout

Finelistings, the luxury marketplace known for premium and pre-owned automobiles, has announced its expansion into a multi-vertical luxury ecosystem, adding luxury real estate, private charters and curated experiences to its portfolio. The move positions the platform as a one-stop destination for India’s affluent, digital-first consumers seeking high-value lifestyle purchases.

Founded in 2018 by Arjun Singh Rajput and Aneesh Mathur, Finelistings began as an Instagram-led initiative curating premium car listings. Over time, it has evolved into a technology-driven marketplace focused on verified inventory and customer trust.

With the latest expansion, the company is shifting beyond its identity as an automotive platform to become a broader luxury lifestyle marketplace. The platform now operates across four verticals: Luxury Cars, Luxury Real Estate, Private Charters and Curated Experiences. Each vertical follows the same core approach of curated offerings, verified listings and a confidence-led buying journey.

“From the very beginning, our objective was never just to sell luxury cars,” said Arjun Singh Rajput, Co-Founder, Finelistings. “We wanted to build a platform rooted in credibility and long-term relationships. This expansion reflects how India's luxury market is evolving and how consumers increasingly expect premium experiences to be seamless, curated, and digitally driven.”

Aneesh Mathur highlighted that luxury buyers are no longer limited to single-category platforms.

“Luxury consumers today do not think in isolated categories. They seek one trusted platform that understands their lifestyle aspirations across mobility, real estate, travel, and experiences,” said Aneesh Mathur, Co-Founder, Finelistings. “Our vision is to build a refined, technology-led ecosystem that brings together every aspect of aspirational luxury living through one seamless platform.”

Finelistings has facilitated luxury automobile transactions across several Indian cities and also operates a flagship physical presence at Ambience Mall in New Delhi.

With India’s luxury market expanding and consumers becoming increasingly comfortable with digital high-value transactions, Finelistings aims to strengthen its position at the intersection of luxury commerce, technology and curated lifestyle experiences.
