Ganga Realty Unveils Gurgaon's Tallest Luxury Tower

Ganga Realty, a real estate developer based in Gurgaon, has unveiled an uber-luxury housing project named Anantam. This project, featuring the tallest residential towers in Gurgaon with G+59 storey buildings, is set to be delivered within the next five years, as stated in an official release.

The company announced an investment of Rs.1200 crore for the development of Anantam in Sector 85, Gurgaon. The project is strategically located near Dwarka Expressway, the Global City project, and NH-8, with IGI Airport just a 20-minute drive away.

Spread across approximately 5.2975 acres, Anantam will consist of three towers, with a sales target of Rs 20 billion. Funding for the project is sourced from internal accruals and customer advances. This is Ganga Realty's second luxury housing initiative, following the successful launch of Nandaka 84 in Sector 84, Gurgaon, in November 2023, which was oversubscribed within a day.

Vikas Garg, Joint Managing Director of Ganga Realty, mentioned that Anantam reflects their aim to promote sustainable living through smart technologies. He emphasized that the project not only offers luxurious developments but also integrates smart home features to enhance the living experience, including meticulous landscape designs, solar integration, and smart home lighting.

Anantam will feature 3 and 4 BHK apartments, each including a servant's quarter and a utility room. The project will have a total of 524 units, with prices starting from Rs.16,500 per square foot. The 3 BHK + utility + servant units will be 2392 sq ft, and the 4 BHK + utility + servant units will be 3101 sq ft.

Garg added that the project is expected to be completed in five years, offering excellent connectivity to IGI Airport, the Global City project, and key areas of Delhi. He highlighted that Anantam will boast the tallest residential towers in the history of Gurugram and Delhi real estate, aiming to recreate a Dubai-style living model in Gurugram to attract end-users desiring 'sky-high living'.
