Geeta Builders to develop Pune's 24 Wallstreet complex

Geeta Builders has announced their plans to construct a commercial complex called '24 Wallstreet' in Pimpri Waghere, located in the Pune district of Maharashtra. It has been revealed that the complex will cover an area of 1.25 acre of land and will consist of a tower that spans three B+G+1st+2nd+2P+23 floors, equipped with various modern amenities.

It has been disclosed that the company is currently waiting for environmental clearance (EC) for their upcoming project and will soon finalise the contractor.

Geeta Builders has expressed their intention to commence work on the project in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024 and has set a target completion date of December 2026.
