Greenply Club 700 Gains Luxury Homes Market

Greenply Industries said its Club 700 plywood is seeing growing adoption across luxury residential and high-end commercial projects in India. The product is positioned for premium interiors where long-term structural performance, safety, reliability and finish quality are key requirements.

Club 700 is engineered with a Gurjan-Full Core Full Panel, fire-retardant properties, waterproof technology and low-emission performance. The company said the plywood is designed to offer structural stability and consistent performance across varying climatic conditions.

Sanidhya Mittal, Joint Managing Director, Greenply Industries Limited, said the growing preference for Club 700 reflects the market’s shift towards smarter, performance-led material choices.

Greenply said Club 700 panels were subjected to compressive loads of up to 3,000 kg during tests experienced by dealer channel partners at its manufacturing facility, without sagging or buckling. The company said this demonstrated the product’s strength, dimensional stability and suitability for demanding applications.

The adoption of Club 700 by architects and interior designers reflects rising demand for engineered materials in premium spaces where durability, consistency and long-term confidence are becoming critical considerations.
