Gurugram land is purchased by Pardos Real Estate

For almost Rs 1.8 bn, Pardos Real Estate purchased a seven-acre property tract in Gurugram, Haryana.

The commercial land tract contains 800,000 sq ft of potential development space. On the site it purchased, the business plans to build an office skyscraper.

A 41 acre tract of land on the Ballabhgarh-Sohna highway was purchased by Pardos Logistics, a Pardos Real Estate company, in March 2022 for around Rs 5 bn with the intention of developing a million square feet of premium warehouse space.
