Hero Homes plans 17.3-acre township project in Greater Noida

Hero Homes, the residential brand of Hero Realty, has announced a 17.3-acre premium residential development at the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township in Greater Noida, with a development potential of approximately 6 million sq ft.

The project marks Hero Homes' second development in Greater Noida and forms part of the company's expansion strategy across the National Capital Region. Located within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) township, the development is expected to benefit from infrastructure projects including the Noida International Airport, expanding employment hubs and improved regional connectivity.

According to the company, the project will comprise a planned residential community with open spaces, lifestyle amenities and wellness-focused infrastructure, catering to demand from homebuyers in one of NCR's emerging growth corridors.

Rohit Kishore, Chief Executive Officer, Hero Realty, said the project reflects the company's long-term confidence in Greater Noida, where infrastructure investment and economic activity are driving residential demand.

Hero Homes said the integrated township's combination of industrial, commercial and residential development is expected to support sustained housing demand in the region.

The company has delivered more than 780,000 sq m of development and has around 2.23 million sq m under development and in the pipeline across NCR, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
