Honer Homes unveils Rs 30 bn mega project, Honer Signatis

City-centric construction company Honer Homes made an announcement about the inauguration of a gated community project worth Rs 30 billion in this locality, which is being asserted as the most expansive within the city.

Balu Chowdary, the Promoter-Director of Honer Prime Housing, stated that the project named 'Honer Signatis' is presently being constructed, encompassing a total built-up area of 7.8 million square feet. This expansive area will accommodate 3,266 apartments, all situated across approximately 28 acres of land.

During a press conference, Chowdary elaborated that around nine million square feet (90 lakh square feet) are actively undergoing construction. Additionally, plans for projects covering about 10 million square feet are presently in the developmental stages for the future.
