Housr to Expand with 3,000 New Beds

Co-living company Housr is set to expand its presence significantly by adding over 3,000 beds across 30 new properties in seven cities by March 2025. This expansion will bring its total offering to more than 8,000 beds in 100 properties. The company is actively working to deliver 11 to 12 properties currently in the pipeline and plans to enter new markets such as Chennai and Chandigarh within the next few months.

“We are delivering three to four properties per month across our existing markets, keeping us on track to reach our goal of 100 properties by the end of the fiscal year,” said Deepak Anand, co-founder and CEO of Housr.

Housr, which is currently operating at an annual run rate of ?1 billion, is targeting to double that figure to ?1.5 billion within the next 12 to 15 months as it continues its rapid expansion.
