Hubtown Launches 3D OOH Campaign For Rising City

Hubtown has launched a 3D anamorphic Out-of-Home (OOH) campaign across Mumbai for its residential project, Rising City, located at Ghatkopar East.

The campaign highlights that Rising City is officially OC-ready, presenting the project’s readiness through a high-impact digital visual. The animation shows a giant fist breaking through a glass-like screen and revealing a golden key, symbolising immediate possession for homebuyers.

The campaign carries the message, “Everyone talks about OC received. But how many developers hand you the key... literally?” It aims to simplify the importance of an Occupancy Certificate (OC) and convert it into a clear promise of possession.

The campaign also promotes the offer, “The key to owning your dream home is just 1% away,” combining visual innovation with a consumer-focused proposition.

Placed across key high-traffic locations in Mumbai, the campaign has been designed to attract commuters and encourage social media sharing through its striking 3D effect.

Rupam Dey, Head - Marketing & Brand, Hubtown Limited, said the campaign moves beyond conventional real estate communication by presenting Rising City’s OC-ready status in a tangible and memorable way.

The Rising City campaign is currently live across multiple prime touchpoints in Mumbai.
