HUDCO, MP Sign Rs 10 Trillion Pact for Urban Development

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company Limited (MPUDCL) to extend financial support of up to Rs 10 trillion over the next five years for housing and infrastructure development across the state.
The MoU was formalised on 11 July 2025 in Indore, in the presence of Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, HUDCO Chairman and Managing Director Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, and other senior officials.
Beyond funding, HUDCO will provide consultancy services and conduct capacity-building programmes to ensure effective implementation of projects. The collaboration is aimed at accelerating integrated and sustainable urban growth, thereby contributing to Madhya Pradesh’s overall economic and social progress.
The announcement was also communicated to stock exchanges by Vikas Goyal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at HUDCO.
