Hyderabad Home Registrations Rise 14% in December 2025

According to Knight Frank India, residential property registrations in Hyderabad rose 14 per cent year-on-year in December 2025, while the total value of registered homes increased by 23 per cent. Registration activity gathered pace in the latter half of the year, with December recording the third-highest monthly volumes of 2025.
A total of 75,222 residential properties were registered during calendar year 2025, marginally lower by 2 per cent YoY. However, the cumulative transaction value rose 11 per cent YoY to Rs 523.51 billion, reflecting a continued shift towards higher-value homes. Registrations of properties priced above Rs 10 million increased 35 per cent YoY during the year, accounting for 20 per cent of total registrations and contributing 50 per cent of overall transaction value.
Rangareddy and Medchal–Malkajgiri together accounted for over 80 per cent of registrations, while weighted average prices rose 5 per cent YoY in December, led by strong growth in Sangareddy and Rangareddy.
