In Mumbai's Lokhandwala, Priyanka Chopra sells commercial real estate

A dentist couple who had previously rented this space from actor and producer Priyanka Chopra in 2021 purchased a commercial property in Mumbai's Lokhandwala district from her for Rs 70 million while she was preoccupied with commitments in Hollywood. The dentists had previously leased the 1,781 square foot carpeted office space with a 465 square foot patio for Rs 2.11 lakh per month.

On April 6, the sale transaction was completed and recorded. According to the paperwork discovered through Zapkey.com, Priyanka's mother Madhu Chopra carried out the transaction on the actor's behalf.

For the deal's registration, the buyers have already paid stamp duty in the amount of Rs 42 lakhs.
