Kalpataru Launches Estella at Parkcity, Redefining Township Living

Kalpataru has launched Kalpataru Estella, a new residential phase within its 100+ acre township Kalpataru Parkcity on Kolshet Road, Thane. The launch follows strong Q1 FY26 sales bookings of Rs 12.49 billion, up from Rs 6.82 billion last year.
