Kerala Govt Approves Non-SEZ IT Building in Infopark Phase I

The Kerala government has granted administrative sanction for constructing a Non-SEZ IT building in Infopark Phase I, Kakkanad, at an estimated cost of Rs 1.16 billion. The project aims to expand office infrastructure by 4,40,000 lakh sq ft, catering to the growing demand for technology workspace in Kochi.

The new facility will feature state-of-the-art amenities to accommodate IT and ITeS companies and generate additional employment opportunities in the state’s thriving tech ecosystem.

This development aligns with Kerala’s broader strategy to strengthen its IT infrastructure, attract new investments, and reinforce Infopark’s position as one of South India’s leading technology destinations.

Interarch Building Solutions Limited reported unaudited results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, recording strong revenue growth driven by execution and a robust order book.
