Kriti Sanon Acquires 2,000 sq ft Plot in Alibaug

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has secured a 2,000 sq ft plot of land in Alibaug, Maharashtra, as part of The House of Abhinandan Lodha's (HoABL) premium project, Sol de Alibaug. This project, situated about 60 minutes from South Mumbai by sea, is further enhanced by the newly inaugurated MTHL connectivity, making it a highly appealing option for those interested in a sophisticated retreat within Alibaug's real estate sector.

In a statement released by HoABL, it was noted that this acquisition marked Sanon's first investment with the realty firm. She expressed that buying land independently was an empowering experience and revealed that she had been eyeing Alibaug for a while.

Additionally, Amitabh Bachchan recently purchased a 10,000 sq ft plot in the same project. This acquisition followed his earlier investment with HoABL at The Sarayu in Ayodhya earlier in the year, where he had bought another 10,000 sq ft plot.

The House of Abhinandan Lodha, established by Abhinandan Lodha, seeks to democratize land investment in India. It leverages advanced technology to simplify land ownership, making it easy, secure, and liquid. The HoABL app allows customers to invest in land, monitor their purchasing journey, and manage their portfolios seamlessly.

In just five years, HoABL has developed over 700 acres and boasts a customer base exceeding 6,000. Notably, 17 per cent of these customers are NRIs from 20 countries, primarily the US, the UAE, and Singapore. The remaining 83 percent come from 150 towns across India. The firm has ongoing projects in Alibaug, Anjarle, Dapoli, Neral in Maharashtra, as well as Ayodhya and Goa.
