M3M India has partnered with global hospitality brand ONE Atmosphere, part of Atmosphere Core, to launch ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk, Gurugram, marking the brand’s first development in India.Located in Sector 73/74, Gurugram, the project will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations expected to begin in winter 2026. The development is positioned as a premium serviced apartment concept combining residential-style living with professionally managed hospitality services and amenities.Targeted at business travellers, long-stay guests and project-based professionals, the format focuses on offering flexibility, space and operational efficiency while maintaining international hospitality standards. The brand aims to sign approximately 7,500 keys globally over the next five years,” he added.Amenities at the property will include a terrace-level club, terrace pool with a leisure deck, a specialty café and patisserie, and a signature all-day dining restaurant. The project will also offer co-working spaces, indoor lounges, private conference rooms and banquet facilities. Wellness features include a fully equipped gymnasium and a premium spa.The interiors will be designed by architect and designer Rohit Gulati, while a team of local artists will contribute to creating a distinctive artistic identity for the property.
