Metamor Software directors buy Hyderabad property

Directors of Metamor Software Solutions Meghna Dilip Bhanushali and Tummala Vipul Reddy recently paid Rs 48 crore for one of the priciest residential deals in Hyderabad.

Mano Kumar Tibrewala sold the property, which has a built-up space of 3,951 square feet and a land area of 13,000 square feet in the Jubilee Hills neighborhood. According to the sale deed paperwork that Zapkey provided, "The property was sold for family and business needs, and a stamp duty of '2.6 crore was paid on the same."

An IT software services and consulting company with headquarters in Hyderabad and additional operations in the US is called Metamor Software.

Hyderabad's real estate market continues to see expensive land and bungalow purchases, with demand from purchasers including businesses and actors in films at an all-time high.

More than 200 expensive residential and land deals have taken place in the city in the last two years. Jubilee Hills homes range in price from Rs 30 crore to Rs 50 crore and are 11,000–15,000 square feet in size. After the epidemic, the luxury home market in India fared exceptionally well, with overall sales climbing sharply across the top 7 cities despite a rise in costs.

BMC Resumes Rs 170 Billion Road Works, Targets 80 per cent By Jan 2026

Following the withdrawal of the southwest monsoon in October, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has restarted work on 645 roads—covering 297.49 kilometres—under its large-scale concretisation programme.
