Migsun Lucknow Central Allots 178 Retail Units in Tower-D

Migsun Group has completed the allotment of 178 retail units in Tower-D at its commercial project, Migsun Lucknow Central, located along Shaheed Path in Lucknow.
The allotment event, held in Lucknow, witnessed participation from more than 700 attendees, including investors, local entrepreneurs and regional retailers. According to the company, the response reflects growing interest in organised retail and commercial real estate in emerging urban markets such as Lucknow.
Designed as part of a larger integrated commercial ecosystem, Tower-D forms a section of the high-street retail development aimed at catering to the city’s evolving consumption and retail landscape. The project focuses on accessibility, visibility and curated retail formats aligned with changing consumer preferences.
Commenting on the development, Yash Miglani said, “The response to Tower-D has been extremely encouraging and reflects a larger shift we are witnessing in markets like Lucknow.”
The company stated that the strong participation underlines Lucknow’s emergence as a growing commercial real estate destination, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and expanding urban catchment areas.
