Mohali development body to auction 77 properties

From February 17 from 9 am through 1 pm on March 6, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (Gmada) will hold an online auction for around 77 properties located in various Mohali neighbourhoods.

The reserve price for all the properties, according to Punjab's minister of housing and urban development Aman Arora, is 21,000 million.

According to the minister, the Gmada is providing roughly 57 SCOs and booths, nine IT industrial plots, two commercial chunk sites, one school site, one hotel site, and six group dwelling sites. The locations of these sites in Mohali include Aerocity, Sector 83-Alpha, Sector 66-Beta, IT City, Sector 101-Alpha, and other areas.

He said interested parties can get information about the properties up for bid at the e-auction website puda(dot)e-auctions(dot)in.

Before the start of the e-auction, the procedure for registering to participate in the bidding process, the payment schedule, the size of the sites, and the location would be put to the portal.
