NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen to Host Excelerate 2026 in Mumbai

NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen will host Excelerate 2026, a one-day international conclave focused on real estate investment and financing, at Trident Hotel, Mumbai, on April 2, 2026. The event is expected to bring together policymakers, investors, financial institutions and real estate leaders to discuss emerging opportunities and long-term prospects in India’s rapidly evolving property market.

The conclave will feature a theme address by Prashant Sharma, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra, while Vikas Jain, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen, will deliver a special address on the growing role of new-generation leadership in shaping the investment ecosystem. Special addresses will also be delivered by Sandeep Runwal, Vice Chairman, NAREDCO Maharashtra; Rajan Bandelkar, Former Vice Chairman, NAREDCO India; Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Chairman Emeritus, NAREDCO Maharashtra; and Atit Shah, Secretary, NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen.

India’s real estate sector has witnessed renewed momentum following reforms introduced since 2014, including RERA, GST rationalisation and supportive RBI measures, which have strengthened governance and transparency. Institutional investments have more than doubled in the last four years and are projected to double again in the coming four years, with foreign capital accounting for over half of total inflows.

“India’s real estate sector has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past decade. Investor confidence, both domestic and international, is at an all-time high. Platforms like Excelerate 2026 will play a critical role in bringing together global and domestic stakeholders to exchange ideas explore capital partnerships and accelerate the next phase of growth for Indian real estate,” said Vikas Jain, President, NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen.

The conclave will host panel discussions on family offices, private equity, sustainability finance, branded residences, and REITs and InvITs, with participation from senior leaders representing firms such as Hines India, Brookfield, Blackstone, JM Financial, Tata Realty, Axis Bank and HDFC Capital Advisors. An exclusive invite-only gala dinner is also planned.

With over 1,000 delegates expected, Excelerate 2026 aims to strengthen dialogue around capital markets and financing strategies shaping the next phase of India’s real estate growth.
