Parsvnath Developers resumes stalled housing project in Delhi

In a BSE filing, Parsvnath Realcon (PRPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers, said that it has begun constructing its luxury housing project Parsvnath Paramount located at Subhash Nagar, New Delhi and intends to achieve the project within a year.

It has received all the required approvals comprising environmental clearance, building plan permission, RERA Registration Certificate .

The project comprises five towers containing one separate Tower of EWS, having a total of 87 residential units in four towers and 45 units in EWS Tower.

The project development got stalled due to inter-se conflict between the government firms relating to the said project.

The legal matter/ dispute was contested on and at every relevant forum, and consequently, after long litigation, on December 16, 2019, PRPL accomplished by getting the permission of the building plans from the South Delhi Municipal Corporation and also received the environment clearance extended with the validity up to 2024. All the statutory permissions have been duly received by PRPL.

PRPL has also got the project listed under the rules of the RERA Act and received the RERA Registration Certificate on 13th August 2021. The site has already been mobilised for quick completion of the remaining work, and the construction and development work at the project site is going on at full speed.
