Platinum Corp. has performed the bhoomi poojan for Platinum Stellar, a premium residential development in Santacruz West, Mumbai, marking the launch of its latest design-led project in a key micro-market.
The project, with an estimated topline of Rs 3 billion, is positioned as a low-density luxury development featuring bespoke presidential suites. Designed in collaboration with Sussanne Khan, the project emphasises curated spatial planning, refined aesthetics and experiential living.
Platinum Stellar offers residences ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, with a focus on exclusivity where no two homes are identical. The development integrates design-led elements across entry experience, layouts and amenities, reflecting a premium positioning in the Bandra-Khar-Santacruz belt.
Amenities include a business lounge, fitness centre, banquet hall, salon, landscaped rooftop spaces and multiple indoor and outdoor hosting zones, along with four levels of podium parking.
Commenting on the development, Vishal Ratanghayra, Founder & CEO, Platinum Corp., said the project is part of a broader strategy to develop design-driven residential offerings with collaborations involving noted architects and designers.
