Prestige Launches Evergreen At Raintree Park, Bengaluru

Prestige Estates Projects Limited has announced the launch of Evergreen at Prestige Raintree Park, its latest premium residential development in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Spread across approximately 24 acres, the project will comprise around 2,000 apartments with a total saleable area of 3.2 million square feet. The development will offer a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences designed to cater to evolving urban lifestyle preferences.

Apartments are priced from approximately Rs 29 million onwards, with the project carrying an estimated gross development value (GDV) of about Rs 50 billion.

The launch builds on the success of Prestige Raintree Park’s earlier phase introduced in September 2024, which focused on larger-format homes and received strong market response. Evergreen expands the offering to include a broader range of apartment sizes, including compact homes, enabling wider buyer participation while retaining the premium positioning of the township.

Whitefield continues to remain one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after residential micro-markets, supported by established IT hubs, robust social infrastructure and improving connectivity, making it attractive for both homebuyers and investors.

Commenting on the launch, Mr Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Estates Projects Limited, said Evergreen is designed to address shifting customer demand in Whitefield by offering a wider mix of apartment configurations, including smaller-format residences. He noted that the project’s location at the junction of Whitefield and Varthur provides strong connectivity to key office hubs and benefits from proximity to established infrastructure such as schools, malls and hospitals, positioning it for healthy demand.
