Prestige Office Ventures Plans Major Expansion by 2028

In a significant development for India’s commercial real estate sector, Prestige Office Ventures, the office arm of Prestige Group, has announced plans to expand its office portfolio to 30 million square feet by April 2028. This expansion is expected to generate an annual rental income of Rs 32,000 million by December 2028.

The 30 million square feet portfolio will include 12 million square feet of completed assets. In Delhi, the company has recently completed 700,000 sq ft of office space in the Aerocity area. Additionally, Prestige Office Ventures is planning to launch one or two more projects in Gurugram and Noida.

In a move to diversify its operations, Prestige Office Ventures is also venturing into the data centre infrastructure business. It is currently building a 100 MW facility for NTT in Bengaluru, marking its entry into this high-growth segment.
