Real estate developers closed 59 land deals for 2,018 acres

On Sunday, the real estate consultant Anarock said that 59 land deals totaling up to 2,018 acres have already been finalized in 2023. According to Anarock, real estate developers are looking to grow their businesses and take advantage of the increased demand for residential and commercial buildings in the post-pandemic period, according to news agency PTI.

Anuj Puri, chairman of Anarock, stated that according to "our most recent research," 59 different property sales totaling more than 2,018 acres may have been completed nationwide between January and August 2023. The land parcels are increasingly being used for the construction of manufacturing facilities and hospitals, the real estate consultant continued.
