Sanghvi Crystal receives commencement certificate

Sanghvi Realty has received the Commencement Certificate (CC) for its Sanghvi Crystal residential project in Goregaon West, Mumbai, enabling full-scale construction of the development.

The G+19 residential tower, located on S.V. Road, is also MahaRERA-registered (Registration No. PM1180002400050) and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

According to the developer, the commencement certificate confirms that the project's layouts and statutory approvals have been cleared by the municipal authorities, facilitating construction and project financing.

Pakshal Sanghvi, Director, Sanghvi Realty, said the approvals provide greater transparency and confidence for homebuyers by ensuring regulatory compliance and project certainty.

The project includes amenities such as a gymnasium, terrace garden, air-conditioned entrance lobby, CCTV surveillance and an earthquake-resistant RCC structure. A Jain derasar is also planned within the development.

Sanghvi Crystal is located approximately 700 m from Goregaon and Ram Mandir railway stations, with connectivity to the Western Express Highway and New Link Road. Educational institutions, hospitals, shopping centres and business hubs are located in the surrounding area.

Sanghvi Realty said bookings and site visits for the project are now open following receipt of the commencement certificate.
