Sree Kailas will build a $150 crore industrial and warehousing project

The logistics parks, paper business, construction, and infrastructure-focused Sree Kailas Group has teamed up with Indospace to build a six lakh square foot warehouse and industrial project at Sunguvarchatram, close to Sriperumbudur, at a cost of 150 crore.

After Chennai and Coimbatore, it is Sree Kailas' third project in the State. The brand-new development will be built on 30 acre of prime industrial land. The project will be finished within 18 months after the construction's start date.

Sunguvarchatram is one of the most sought-after regions for commercial and residential real estate assets due to the presence of industrial heavyweights in the mobile phone and electronics industries, manufacturing, and closeness to Oragadam and Sriperumbudur.

Sunguvarchatram is prepared to imitate Oragadam's success. According to him, there is huge potential for creating top-tier, A-Grade industrial and logistics parks that will serve the needs of FMCG, e-commerce, and industrial users.
