Stans Arize Records Robust Launch Sales

The Mandate House has recorded sales of 111 residential units worth over Rs 1 billion within one week of the launch of Stans Arize, a residential development by Stans Buildtech in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai.

The Mandate House, appointed as the exclusive sales partner for the project, managed the end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for the launch.

Located at Janata Colony, Gandhi Nagar, Stans Arize is a 23-storey residential tower comprising one and two-bedroom apartments. The project includes amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, jogging track, yoga and meditation area, moss garden and cabana seating.

Nihar Jayesh Thakkar, Founder, The Mandate House, said the response reflects strong demand for well-connected residential developments in Mumbai’s western suburbs, where buyers are increasingly prioritising accessibility, convenience and long-term value appreciation.

The project is located close to the Western Express Highway, Jogeshwari railway station and nearby metro stations, while also offering proximity to schools, hospitals, malls and recreational destinations.

UltraTech Deploys 45 Electric Trucks

UltraTech Cement has commenced deployment of 45 electric heavy-duty trucks in partnership with Energy In Motion for clinker transportation in northern India.The fleet will transport clinker from Kotputli Cement Works, UltraTech’s integrated manufacturing unit in Rajasthan, to its grinding units at Dadri Cement Works and Sikandarabad Cement Works in the Delhi-NCR region.The trucks will cover a 250 km lead distance across Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
