His expertise spans financial strategy, operational efficiency, revenue optimisation, and aligning financial performance with guest satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Jena has maintained a consistent focus on value creation, working across diverse property formats and ownership structures. His ability to navigate complex financial environments with precision and insight positions him to play a pivotal role in Stone Wood’s growth and operational strategy.
