Tathastu to Invest Rs 2 Billion in Rewari Retail Project

Tathastu Realty has announced an investment of Rs 2 billion to develop a new high-street commercial project, ‘Swarnim’, in Rewari, Haryana. Spread across six acres, the development will feature 1,200 shops, positioning it as a major retail destination in the region.
In its official statement released on Monday, the company confirmed that the launch price for the shops is set at Rs 14,000 per sq ft.
The ‘Swarnim’ project marks Tathastu Realty’s foray into large-scale commercial retail in northern India and reflects the growing demand for modern, high-footfall shopping destinations in tier-2 cities like Rewari.
The company has not yet disclosed the project timeline, but the investment underscores rising interest in high-street formats outside metropolitan hubs, driven by increased consumer activity and retail expansion in emerging urban centres.
