Thailand’s First Industrial-Tech Ecosystem Unveiled

Three of Thailand’s leading industrial real estate developers—Frasers Property, Rojana Industrial Park, and Asia Industrial Estate—have partnered to develop ARAYA – The Eastern Gateway, Thailand’s first Industrial-Tech Ecosystem.
Spanning 4,600 rai (~740 hectares), the project integrates an industrial technology campus, logistics park, lifestyle zone, community services, and residential options. Strategically located near Bangkok-Chonburi Motorway, Suvarnabhumi Airport, and the EEC, ARAYA is set to attract FDI and support Thailand’s growing industries, including EVs, semiconductors, and e-commerce.

Ms. Kamonkarn Kongkathong, MD of ARAYA Land Development, stated, “ARAYA is more than a development—it’s a cohesive Industrial-Tech Ecosystem fostering advanced manufacturing and logistics.” The project aligns with Thailand’s push to become a global investment hub, leveraging rapid infrastructure growth and strategic government initiatives.

With strong investor interest across multiple sectors, ARAYA is positioned to drive economic growth and industrial innovation in Thailand.
