One Group Developers has secured RERA approval for its luxury residential project, The Saavira, in Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram. This development marks the company's entry into the high-end luxury housing segment in the region, with an estimated sales potential of Rs 4 billion.

The Saavira will feature a 25-story high-rise tower comprising 72 premium 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences.
