One Group Developers has secured RERA approval for its luxury residential project, The Saavira, in Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram. This development marks the company's entry into the high-end luxury housing segment in the region, with an estimated sales potential of Rs 4 billion.

The Saavira will feature a 25-story high-rise tower comprising 72 premium 3.5 and 4.5 BHK residences. Designed to offer a sophisticated living experience, the project includes a clubhouse on the first floor and a skygarden on the terrace, enhancing the lifestyle amenities available to residents. The development is being constructed on land allocated by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) and is scheduled for completion by 2031.
