Trident Realty Launches Premium Integrated Township in Panipat

Trident Realty has recently announced the launch of Trident Parktown, a premium integrated township planned over approximately 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, Panipat. The project marks the developer’s strategic expansion into one of North India’s fast-evolving urban centres, supported by improving infrastructure and connectivity.

The township involves a total investment of 12 billion and has been conceptualised as a balanced, future-ready development. Phase one will offer over 400 residential plots, with sizes starting from 200 sq yds. The overall master plan includes a mix of plotted development, independent floors, group housing, and retail and commercial spaces, aimed at addressing diverse residential and lifestyle needs.

Designed around a wellness-centric philosophy, Trident Parktown draws inspiration from the seven chakras, translating each theme into distinct landscaped zones and neighbourhood parks. The township will feature 10 theme-based parks, tree-lined promenades, play areas, lawns, shaded seating zones, and pedestrian-friendly pathways that encourage outdoor living and community interaction.

Dedicated active zones will include multiple sports courts, a 2.25 km cycling track, outdoor fitness areas, and children’s play spaces. Social zones are planned with community lawns, amphitheatres, and interactive plazas, while wellness areas will feature meditation pods, yoga lawns, reflexology paths, sensory gardens, and forest trails.

Strategically located along NH-44 between Delhi and Chandigarh, Trident Parktown is positioned to benefit from strong regional connectivity. With its integrated planning, emphasis on green spaces, and focus on holistic living, the development aims to strengthen Panipat’s growing appeal as a residential destination offering long-term value and quality urban living.
