TUDA to auction 145 acres of Surappakasam lands near Tirupati

The Tirupati Urban Development Authority (TUDA) is preparing to auction off Surappakasam lands, which span 145 acres in Renigunta Mandal near Tirupati, in a phased manner to collect Rs 300 crore.

TUDA vice-chairman S Hari Krishna told media that following the approval of TUDA chairman Dr Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy and the state government of Andhra Pradesh, a total of 971 plots, including 876 residential plots and 95 premium plots, will be put up for e-auction in a transparent manner starting March 5.
